Just buy it
This is the thickest leather I have ever touched. It is heavy! Fit is true to size. The only oddity is the cuffs. They are not tight, even when zipped. Gauntlet gloves will fit up the sleeve then zipped. Well worth the money. The armor is trash, but in a slide the it will be fine, due to the thickness of the leather. Just buy it,

Great value, terrible fit.
This riding jacket is built pretty good, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the appearance of the leather used in its construction. Here's my problem: "Fit", or the lack thereof. I'm 5'8", 215 lbs. I'm stocky through the chest and shoulders, and yeah, I have a bit of a belly. I wear a 50" chest jacket with 35" length sleeves. My other leather riding jackets fit just fine. I simply follow the charts supplied by the seller, which is usually a size XXL. Can't do that here! This jacket requires the wearer to have a V-shaped torso, long arms, and Goliath-like thick wrists. I tried it on over a tee-shirt and a hoodie (with the liner in), which is my typical winter wear, and I couldn't get it zipped up. My hands were barely visible out the end of the sleeves and this would be the first leather riding jacket that I wouldn't need to unzip the cuffs to get my hands through. NO WAY these sleeves are going to do their part in cutting wind draft. The shoulders were unusually wide and looked like a padded rock star garment (Insert picture of Ace Frehley in 1970's Kiss attire). It just looks weird.I really wanted to like this riding jacket, but this one is going back. I guess I'll try another brand.

Everything as advertised!
I bought this because I'm 70 and ride a Class 3 E-Bike to commute, which will do close to 30mph. I ride on bike paths and in the streets. Needless to say, motorists don't often see a motorcycle, and an e-bike is virtually invisible! And pedestrians are clueless, which leads to a lot confusion about where they want to go when they realize I'm bearing down on them. Last week on a bike path one turned around and froze, and then jumped right in front of me. My choice was her or the ditch. Wound up doing a low-side slide down an embankment toward a creek, into a blackberry bush. (I guess better the bush than the creek..) It messed up my Hi-Viz jacket so I decided it was time to upgrade before something like that happened again, and on a street to boot!I wear either an XL or XXL depending on the cut of the garment. I'm 6'3" and weigh 205. It looks great and fits perfectly. The first ride with it on I was in a t-shirt in rainy, 44 degree weather. Was out for almost 90 minutes and never felt the least bit cold. Warm, yet it breathes well too, unlike the Hi-Viz. I did add a Hi-Viz vest to help with visibility. A real bargain for the price. Would definitely buy it again.

Nice jacket
It's pretty wrinkled when it comes and leather is hard. But the more you wear it the better (more comfortable) it gets. I did have to take out all the armor to feel comfortable but I think once it loosens up it will be fine to put them back in. And some of the armor was in wrong place, the elbow armor was where the shoulder armor should be and vice versa, which added to initial awkwardness. The zippers on front breasts are not pockets they are vents. Only concern is the zipper- a little small but so far works great.
