The NUOBESTY Baby 1st Birthday Cone Hat is a teeny tiny birthday party hat for your one year olds birthday party.It really is small but just about fits around our little one’s head - so I don’t think it’ll be a hat that’ll last more than a few pictures unfortunately.In terms of appearance it is a very nice looking hat that feels and looks like pretty decent quality but due to just how small it is, I can’t honestly say it’s the best value for money.
