I have been taking garcinia for 4 months now and the results are impressive. I take 2 pills daily in the morning, usually before breakfast. I have had no side effects that I had with other weight loss supplements such as jitters, nausea and GI issues. It helps tremendously with my appetite suppression and I've lost over 20 lbs so far. I will add that I incorporate excercise and healthy eating habits as often as I can so I'm sure that's making a difference as well in my results. However I notice a huge difference in my appetite when I take these as opposed to just excercise and healthy eating habits alone. I ordered from greenatr because of the positive reviews and have not tried other brands so I have nothing to compare it to, but I won't bother trying another brand because this is working great for me!

I have not lost any weight yet, but i havent gained any either. I do work out in the evenings while taking this. Sad that i lost anything. My appitate is suppressed and i dont eat as much (snacking) and meals are half what they were. I o ly weigh 145 pounds and would like to lose 10 and tone up from having a baby 5 yrs ago. I really need to stop wasting my money on diet aids and stop believing the hype that there is a miracle drug out there that will melt away fat and pounds without diet and exercise. This particular product did not produce results for me and I did not finish the bottle. It irritated my digestive system causing bloat, gas, and nausea. However, the company was very responsive and provided additional information about the product to get the best results and it recommends diet and exercise....LOL. This may work if you follow the plan and don't have a sensitive digestive system.

I have had a lot of issues with trying to lose weight. Especially now that I am getting older and things in my body are getting lazy. I started this about a month and a half ago. I lost 5 pounds in the first week then not so much after but I am working out as well so I could be created muscle weight.
