Tom Kerridge's Outdoor Cooking: The ultimate modern barbecue bible Hardcover – 27 May 2021

Purchased this for further inspiration. I've done basic Barbequing many times and have upgraded my BBQ, but wanting to do more than just the simple foods. It's winter here at the moment and as I start reading this I instantly wanted to fire up the BBQ. There appears to be some interesting recipes and I will now be cooking many meals on the BBQ instead of the kitchen.

Very useful book, full of good recipes and tips . . . it's helped me greatly with my first bbq experiences.

JUST GOT MY NEW BBQ UILT AND THIS WAS MY FIRST PICK TO GET SOME RECIPES GOING ON IT. TOM'S STYLE IS VERY APPROACHABLE AND HELPED A NOVICE FEEL LIKE KING OF THEE GRILL.....LOTS OF PRAISE FROM THE WIFE SO MUST BE GOOD!!

Love this great BBQ book, lots of delicious recipes easily explained with great illustrations in true Tom Kerridge style.

Bought this as a gift for my partner who loves a bbq.We’ve looked through all the recipes so far and are totally impressed with the amount of things Tom suggests you can cook on a bbq, including vegetarian dishes and deserts.We've only had the opportunity to experiment with one of the deserts so far (which was lush) but this is a book for life and not just for one summer.Can’t wait to make more of the recipes, just need the British weather to keep being amazing.

This is a book full of lovely tasty recipes I bought it last summer and we’ve been working our way through the recipes most weekends. Tasty easy and mostly effortless although some take time to marinate etc they are easy to cook. Some people have mentioned ingredients being difficult to find but we haven’t found this at all. Most of the products we found in the supermarket but to make life easy just buy from Amazon x

i like Tom Kerridge books they explain what i need to know and encourage me to explore herbs and spices. i like being able to watch his programs to further encourage me
