VERY GOOD PRODUCT.

I adjusted the Valves on my 2016 KTM 1290 Super Duke R. Instead of buying the individual shims from the dealer. you get 3 Shims per size in .05MM increments and you can buy a refill kit for $5 for any size. The sizes were pretty spot on but always measure the shim before you put it in as a good rule of thumb.The reason I bought this kit was because with 2 individual Cylinders you have to adjust one at a time. Which you have to measure the clearances, disassemble to check the incumbent shim size per valve, Reassemble, then repeat for the other cylinder. Or just make 2 different trips to the dealer, long story short extra work either way.With this kit I measure, adjust once per cylinder, no addition disassembly or extra trips to the dealer for individual shims.

This had all the sizes I've needed to adjust my valves on my KTM 1190.

Make sure they send the right size check the original manufacture size sticker under the Amazon label the first order they sent me a different size kit but the second kit I got was the right size

These were for a KTM 690 Duke and they were the correct 10mm diameter.Being in possession of a metric micrometer I measured all shims for correct thickness.I found all but one were in spec - ie. as close in tolerance as any OEM KTM shims I have used.I emailed Hot Cams, and they immediately provided a correct thickness replacement for the one bad shim.I rate this kit a good value.

Product is the perfect size to use with OEM retainers. HOWEVER, be aware that the factory retainers stretch and these not having the taper edge might cause valve clearance to get tighter. I recommend you order new retainers and changing them when reshimming. If you order these for ktm390 and run into issues feel free to reach out to me for assistance.

I ordered the 10mm set for my KTM 1190R and I was sent the 8.9mm set. I also checked the thickness of the 2.44mm and my calipers said it was actually 2.40. The size was consistently thinner on the few that I checked.

I bought these for an upcoming valve adj so I haven't used them yet, but the couple I measured were true to size. There are 87 shims in this kit (3 of each size) and although hard to see even with the supplied magnifying lens, the size is laser etched on the top of each shim.
