The quality is great, the scraper has a good shape to it with various holes and curves to get to whatever tissue on your body that you need to release. I've been using it for a while now and it comes in handy for tissue release.

Summary: So worth it! This is my go-to device and is more effective on my legs than my Hypervolt Plus and Hypervolt Foam Roller. I wish I bought this thing first, I wouldn't have needed anything else for the legs.It is genuinely astounding how well this performs seeing as how it is merely a hunk of metal with some gentle curves.I am still trying to come to grips with how this rod is better than several electronic devices that cost hundreds of dollars.**You can stick your fingers in the holes but that isn't how you will use it. You grab it like a rolling pin or a draw knife and push or pull with the flat side up, curved side toward the muscle.

This is one the best tools I have ever used. Easy to use on oneself. The perfect size for hamstrings, quads, and calves.Although I have taken classes to use these tools, one should always use discerningly and with caution. Staring gently in an area of concern then increasing as needed and always in communication with the client and/or patient.I have given this tool to many of my clients as a gift and they love it too.The company has, up to now, delivered next day!
