WOW. Fantastic read. Love the personal Hollywood stories + Grazer’s techniques!
Brian Grazer’s movies and shows are my favorites - Apollo 13, American Gangster, 8 Mile, Friday Night Lights and 24. There’s so much emotion and empowerment in his work, so I was very curious to read how he thinks about human connection in his life, and how I can learn from someone who has been able to draw out all kinds of stories from the people he meets. Brian Grazer delivers in spades! I love how he shares the story about the one thing he did right to find the love of his life, how he got movies made that started with buyers saying no!” as well as being vulnerable about failures. But importantly, he shares his techniques from thriving 40 years in Hollywood, tangible advice That applies to both my work and in my personal life. When a book can be both a fun and engaging read, and offers ways I can make my life bigger and better, then I’m going to recommend it to everyone...It really is that good.

I enjoyed it
I heard Brian Grazer talking about his new book on the Joe Rogan podcast. Joe is very good at hosting guests with interesting stories to tell and books to sell! I ordered the book and read it in a couple of days. Some moving stories and a fascinating look into the life of a successful Hollywood producer. Nothing too deep, yet still a very pleasant read.
