This really helped me with Sciatica. It's very easy to use and comfortable. At one point pain was so severe down my leg that I couldn’t sleep at night, after a few days of using this leg therapy belt i noticed that the pain significantly reduced...no longer feel the pins and needles. The material is strong and the product is made to a high professional standard, great stuff. Highly recommend.

Fantastic. My knee was very stiff after having keyhole surgery, but after using this device I was able to get full range of movement back within a matter of weeks. The second configuration allows me to stretch tight hamstrings and calves following my physiotherapy exercises and rehabilitation. The device can be used in any position and the handles help assist stretches in a comfortable and graded manner. I highly recommend this if you are going to have knee surgery.

Product is good quality and works well, but the foot section is clearly not designed for a larger foot as doesn't even reach the base of my toes. Managed to improvise by putting on a flip flop first.

This has completely changed the way I work out at home during lockdown. Normally I rely on my personal trainer to motivate and assist with stretching my legs post exercise. The rehab belt allows me to gain effective stretches after exercise to prevent injuries. This is a must for anyone working out at home or in the gym.

AMAZING!!! I never normally write reviews but I had to for this! I’ve been suffering with back pain for the longest time and needed something to help me with my stretches and this belt has been a godsend! I’m quite short but the belt comes with multiple handles meaning you can get a really good grip when doing your stretches. The material also feels really strong and durable so I don’t have to worry about ripping it, and it comes with a leaflet showing all the different ways you can use it which is super informative. My mum has recently had surgery on her knee so I’ll definitely be buying her one too for her recovery.

I bought this after it was recommended to me by my physio. Following my ACL reconstruction I was still feeling pain in my knee and the stretches I have been able to do with this belt have reduced my pain tenfold. The leaflet was also really useful to see all the different ways that I can use this belt. I can not recommend this highly enough.

The pro physio rehab belt helps stretch my tight hamstrings after a long cycling session. I can definitely feel the difference after using the belt as I don’t suffer from muscle soreness after intense exercise.
