Great light and detection
Motion detection needs tuning as is set to very sensitive out the box (well mine were). Easy to adjust though with a flat screwdriver. Also purchased the on off at dusk and dawn lights and really happy with those. Quality is good and the connections were simple. A little fiddly with how the cables come out of my house. But used some small junction boxes to assist the cabling. Getting the locking nuts back on however was a royal pain in the bottom. Really need the bolts to be a little longer to make it easier. This was the hardest part after putting up the light. Really small nuts bolts a little to short and big fingers did not make this easy and was cursing by the time I got them up.

No room in compartment for external wiring
On arrival it looked like it had been a return from someone else as packaging looked already tampered with.installation was a nightmare as there is no room for the existing cabling and external mains cable and get the 2 connecting nuts on the casing without doing a macgyver fix on it. im a spark and I've seen some bad designs but this takes the biscuit !On installation the pir works but on setting it off the light never goes off ?there were instructions telling you to how to adjust a potentiometer for sensitivity which does not physically exist ?so it is getting returned now as it is not fit for what it was bought for i.e. a PIR light

Very difficult to fit
I read some of the negative reviews but it seemed like a decent light at a reasonable price....but what a palaver. The light itself is well-made, but fitting it was a nightmare. There are two main issues: the flimsy plastic back cover, and the bolts that hold the unit together. Unless you are mounting it on a completely flat surface, the plastic back buckles, making it nearly impossible to fit the nuts on the front of the unit to hold it together. The bolts that secure it are too short, and as the back buckles on a brick surface, they are free to move backward unless taped in position from the rear. It took me about 15 mins to fix it to the wall and wire it in, and about an hour and a half to close the cover.Seriously, who designs these things? The location of the lights makes it even harder to tighten the locking nuts, when you finally manage to get them to engage. It seems to operate OK, but time will tell.

Easy to install when you know how!
Bought this light and it is absolutely beautiful, completely transformed the back of my house. Top build quality and really stylish. Others have mentioned the niggles with fitting - there are two things you need to consider while putting this light up. Firstly there is very little space inside the housing for *your* bit of the wiring. All their wires and connectors fit perfectly (please note, there are two recesses on the back of the white connector block and two raised nipples on the inside of the front cover where those recesses will sit to hold the connector in place). If you have a few inches of mains wire protruding from the wall that you want to stuff inside there as well, this will NOT work. You need to either push your excess wiring back into the wall to leave the minimum coming into this light, or just trim your wires back. The other thing is the bolts that hold the front cover on. If you are mounting to a lovely smooth and flat surface, then you will have no problems here. If you are fitting to an uneven surface such as a brick wall, there is a good chance the bolts will slip back in the housing and give you little to no purchase to actually attach the nuts on the front cover. If they do, you will need to support the back of the bolts when you put the front on. I just slipped some thick card into the small gap between the wall and the back of the bolts and it worked a treat. Remove it again once the front is bolted on.

Good Lamp but a pain to install
Instructions for adjustment are typically vague (PIR lamps). Eventually got the lamp on the wall after a couple of goes because there's not much room inside for wiring to mains. Very fine adjustments are required to get sensitivity, time and day/night settings right. Several days of fiddling unless you're not fussy.

Very effective wall lights, work well and good light levels
I bought this to replace an LED lamp that had stopped working. Glad to see this one has separate bulbs so they can be replaced if they burn out, unlike the last one.Good instructions and fairly easy to fit … it took a while to get the case back on as it’s quite a tight fit. I had to reroute some of the cables to get it fixed down.Adjustments are easy and quite obvious. I’ve set all the settings at half way and it comes on just as I’d like and stays on for a few minutes.

Clean lines, good quality
Quality product, great lighting, with the exception of the grommet for which the external supply cable is fitted through, rather flimsy. Main issue, is with installing the mains feed cable, if the cable does not pass directly through/exit the brick work, their is no mounting clearance at the rear, for an external surface mounted feed.

Stylish and worth five stars, possibly a little difficult to put up.
Very stylish light with easy adjustment once the light has been mounted on the relevant surface. The only down side is the recess for all the lamp wiring and what comes from the house. There is not a great deal of space so getting the front bolted back on and flush to the wall was a challenge. Once up and working, it's well worth the struggle.
