I didn't notice any difference with these, but then, i don't eat sugars or processed foods. Maybe someone who does would notice and feel differnent

I am totally amazed! I don’t know what others have or have not done, but this has totally worked for me. I’ve been taking this for one month and I’ve lost three inches in my waist. I’m going to have to buy a new belt. I’ve already tightened it as much as possible. Buying new smaller clothes is next. I love looking in the mirror each morning to see the fat that has melted away. It didn't do what they say it would do still have belly fat

I was hoping that these would help me loose weight, but they really didnt help at all
