Night and Day!
I have had pretty bad tendonitis in one foot for several months and had a lot of pain and discomfort walking. I didn't know if anything would help at all. I am surprised the pain had last so long. I put these in my shoes this morning and the difference in pain and discomfort is like night and day. These are WONDERFUL! I can walk almost pain-free. I wish I had bought these months ago. I wonder about the name, "Hell Cups." I wonder if someone meant to say "Heel Cups" and there was a problem in translation. These are heavenly heel cups. I could not recommend them highly enough!

They are comfortable and definitely helped relieve the pain I had in my heel.
I ordered these because I was using the full size planter fasciitis inserts. My heel was bothering me a little more than normal so I figured I would try these. They worked very well. The bonus for me was that because it wasn’t full length I had more room in the front of my shoe for my wide foot. I use them all the time.

Good cushion, but not for addition to regular soles.
I've had inserts in the past that I can add on top of the removable sole in a running shoe, but these are bit too thick for that and as they aren't full length soles they leave the forefoot area uncovered. I'll probably use them in dress shoes, but not athletic shoes. Check your shoes for what the surface is under the removable sole and you may be OK. But if completely unfinished under current sole I'd go for a thinner heal cup or a full length insert. Normally I'd say that's on me but they aren't quite 5 star products so I dropped to a full 4 for somewhat ambiguous description. If I use them in a work/dress shoe after the pandemic and love them, I'll come back and give a full 5! Now on to search for a full length with this much cushion in the heal. Most don't have this much.

Functional shoe inserts
I got these shoe inserts for my husband who is severely impacted by plantar fasciitis. These inserts are functional and easy to install into his shoes without having to buy new or different shoes. They have not cured the problem, but he claims they do help his feet feel better when walking. Certainly worth a try when you're searching for relief from plantar fasciitis pain, though be aware that an insole itself may not be enough to fully solve the problem. They did come with a typo of "hellcup" instead of 'heelcup.'

Perfect!
Im a dog groomer, with heel spurs and on my feet for at least 10 hours a day. Ive tried a few different brands of inserts but my heels would still hurt at the end of the day. Ive used these for 2 days so far and in love with them. My feet feel totally fine after a long day of work. I highly recommend them.

very comfortable
I was told to wear heel lifts by my podiatrist, due to an Achilles tendon injury. these are the best I have found, Cant beat the price either, I paid $40.00 for a pair in the doctor office and they were very uncomfortable and made my arch hurt. These are just right!!

Big Improvent
I've had a lot of heel pain lately and putting these in my hiking boots made a big difference. I did one short hike without them and then wore my boots with them for a day. What a difference! The only thing I wish is that the insert extended to the toe of the shoe because a lot of shoes art designed to be worn without the factory insoles.

hellcup???
it seems to work, however, the bottom says made in USA and the information sheet says made in China. Plus, as you can see, the name on the product is "Hellcup" , which would be amusing if not for the misinformation about the manufacturing origin.
