Came packaged well with no damage to any of the parts. The shelves themselves are made of true hardwood and are reassuringly heavy, though not heavy enough to be of any concern. The brackets are well made, out of thick metal, and sit flush inside the shelves perfectly. The recessing on the back for the bracket is well done and smooth. Installing them was easy as could be with easy to read and understand directions (with pictures!). I felt like I could hang off the bracket once installed, despite only hitting a stud on only a few screws. Didn’t bow or bend when I put weight on them (including heavy potted plants!) In case you have some small children or worry about the shelve sliding off the bracket itself, the shelves sit securely with screws holding them to the bracket from underneath. Will be purchasing more! Couldn’t recommend enough.

We ordered Pottery Barn shelves first for over $300 and returned them because they didn't work in our bathroom. Then we saw these shelves for 1/5 the price and figured we would give them a shot. They arrived within days and even with a hand written thank you note. The shelves still had the smell of stain, which I think is amazing. These are high quality real wood shelves that look incredible and are super easy to install.

I don't often leave product reviews because I don't often encounter issues that I feel compelled to warn others about, but while the installation of these shelves was simple in theory, in execution... a different story.The included instruction manual insists you should use a 1/4" drill bit to pre-drill holes in your wall for the drywall anchors. I can assure you that 1/4" is far, far too narrow. If you attempt to gently hammer in your anchors after drilling a 1/4" hole, you'll bend your anchors to the point they're unusable.I ended up a using 3/8" drill bit. A review I read recommended 5/16", but even still for the anchors I received, 5/16" was a tad too small. That said, 3/8" is also a tad too large, and as a result the first shelf we installed sagged a bit. (We were able to use some folded up cardstock that we squarely tucked up and under the shelf as a bit of a wedge or a sham between the bracket and the shelf to eliminate any wobble and the sag, but it isn't an ideal solution, granted.)For the second shelf, we drilled holes with our 5/16" inch drill bit, and then rotated the drill bit within and around the hole to slightly enlarge the opening. If you have a drill bit squarely between 3/8" and 5/16", you're probably in business. (I conjecture an 11/32" drill bit would be the most ideal, but I cannot say for certain because we do not have that bit in our toolbox.) The second shelf, as a result, is much sturdier, with no wobble and no sag.I cannot stress enough the importance of installing the bracket slightly upturned. It's easy enough to get the correct angle if you simply press against the top of the bracket when you're screwing in your screws. If you install it without it being slightly upturned, your shelf will undoubtedly droop the moment you slide the shelf on.All in all, if I knew then what I know now, the entire installation process would have taken 5 minutes per shelf. Because of the poor included instructions, this installation kind of ruined my evening. That said, the shelves are visually very beautiful, and the shelves themselves are of excellent quality -- far in excess of what I was expecting.WOULD (and likely will) buy again.

These shelves are amazing! Strong, and made from beautiful Arcadia wood. They are perfect for my entryway! They came with screws, anchors and directions. Just what I have been looking for!

Beautiful, solid wood! Super sturdy. Easy to install - I hit studs for 3/5 screws and used a piece of masking tape on my wall to mark where to place them.I read these were made of real wood but was still very surprised at the heavy weight of these shelves. Amazing value for beautiful, solid wood. Glad to use this small wall space and give a few things their own home off my counter. Thanks so much, would definitely buy from this seller again!

Was excited. But the quality control is non existent as 3 out of 4 shelves I bought have almost split open at the seams.

Quality of wood is excellent if only the shelves didn't arrive cracked. Pretty disappointed and I would have ordered again but at the risk of getting broken ones again I thought otherwise!
