I don’t think it has enough room for a phone. It is meant to hold 3x5 cards.

It does not, but 3x5 note card fit perfectly.

It is mad to fit a 3x5 index card. If the phone fits those dimensions then yes. I will also tell you that it is made for people with small forearms. I have a medium build and it is tight.
