Dandelion Daisy Natural Laundry Detergent, Sport and Fitness, 128 Loads, 50 Ounces

i'm not super particular about a lot of things, but i try to be responsible about what i put into our water supply and into and onto my body. I like this stuff b/c it's all natural and seems to really do the trick. I do hot yoga 4-5 days a week so you can imagine i'd need my sweaty clothes to get a little extra love in the washing machine. I use it for everything, not just gym clothes. I use a tablespoon per load (as I watch people dumb loads and loads of tide into the washers b/c they like it "extra sudsy". I cringe when i think of what they are doing to the environment and all the waste they are producing with little to no benefit. The one complaint i have is don't inhale when this stuff has kicked up a little dust. You will choke! it's super fine powder and i made the mistake of breathing after i scooped some up into the washer. my bad. still gets 5 stars though.

We are so happy that Amazon.com has decided to pick up Dandelion Daisy products. My wife and I live in Colorado and we are sensitive to what products we use for both cleaning and laundry detergent especially with our new nine-month-old daughter. These products have been fantastic because they're all natural, you know whats in them, and they are produced responsibly. We are excited to use them, and highly recommend them to anybody. The measurements are correct, our clothes come out clean, and there is to no artificial scent, and they don't strip color. Also recommend checking out the cleaning spray! My search for a natural detergent is over! I've had reactions to several brands of detergent and sometimes the fragrances are overpowering. I was surprised at how little of this detergent I have to use per load on my HE washer. When the directions said only to use 1 teaspoon, I was a bit skeptical that it would get all of my clothes clean. I wash most of my clothes in mix loads and in cold water. I had no problems getting them all clean with one teaspoon of the detergent. Some power detergents don't dissolve in cold so I was happy to see that this did and all of my clothes were clean and had a nice fresh smell. The ingredients say that the castile soap has some fragrance in it but my clothes just smell clean.It also worked well on my gym clothes that I was on warm/hot. The real test will be my white undershirts for work. I have problems getting the sweat stains/aluminum out of the armpits so I plan to test this detergent on a super hot wash. I will update my review when I get that done.

Though I haven't used it long enough to give a full review, it seems to have a clean, fresh smell. I do not use nor like scented detergents, so this one is clearly not obnoxious, but light and fresh. I will know better how this works after a month or so of repeated laundry. I hope it gets things really clean and gets rid of stinky sport smells in the long run. My biggest surprise is that it's made in Delaware County, Ohio--where I live!

This product is unbelievable!!!! Jessica Alba's Honest company has nothing on the Dandelion Daisy!!! I'm the mother of three sons and on top of that, I'm a marathoner and go to Bikram Yoga. Your clothes will come out squeaky clean. This detergent removes all odors and dirt! My boys have been so excited to put their clean clothes on and that never happens! I can wash a ton of clothes at once (shhh...don't tell the husband I'm overloading!) and still feel like everything comes out spotless and smelling fresh. It works great on whites as well as color and the best part of all of it, is it's all natural and chemical free. I'll never go back!

I've never used powder detergents before because they tend to be messy but this detergent is great because you only have to use a tablespoon per load. I feel like a bag will last a really long time! I really like the scent.....not to strong and is nice and fresh. It is also gentle on sensitive skin (I'm allergic to most hypoallergenic detergents....ironic, right?). Works great for getting the smell out of my Crossfit clothes! I'll never go back to my old detergent.

This bag of detergent lasted me a long time! I will buy again when I run out. No fragrance smell, Which is what I prefer. The clothes come out clean and fresh. I like that it comes in a brown paper bag unbleached that is biodegradable, less packaging garbage.

I am happy with this product. I have very sensitive skin, so I have to be careful when choosing detergents. It did a great job of cleaning my workout clothes; lots of lululemon and Zella (Nordstrom) products that I try to take really good care of. I also had some towels that seemed to stink no matter how much I washed them - I was about to throw them out but decided to wash them with this detergent and it seemed to do the trick!
