I'm so happy with this product.I have spent so long trying to find a shampoo that works for my hair and this is perfect!I have oily routs but my ends can be dry. This shampoo works amazingly on both, I'm even finding I don't have to wash my hair as often because my scalp is producing less oil.The smell is wonderful and clean, I have quite sensitive skin and this didn't irritate at all and it leaves the hair so shiny.I would recommend this to anyone with oily type hair, it's amazing.

I thought these shampoos were wonderful at first as my hair felt detoxed of all residues and was shiny. However, after a few weeks of use my hair was dry and uncontrollable. It just looked like it had loads of heat damage! - for reference I have long hair (to my bum) and I’m naturally blonde, I don’t colour my hair or use any heat on it, so the condition of my hair is usually really healthy and soft.I changed back to my supermarket shampoo and conditioner and realised then that it was the ‘faith in nature’ S&C that was causing my hair to be so dry/frizzy/flyaway/ugly!I wanted to love these as they are non-toixic and really do smell wonderful, but they are just not for me.

In search of an eco friendly shampoo I came across this make on the Friends of the Earth website. It uses recycled PET plastic for bottles, and is cruelty free and vegan. The company's ethos is to put the environment and its people first. It is made in England, so I am hoping that means I am reducing some transportation pollution. I took the plunge and have to say it is better than my usual shampoo, leaves my hair feeling lighter and shiny. I use the Aloe vera shampoo and conditioner, and the roots of my hair don't get greasy as quickly with this. I love it and wish I had made the effort to find it years ago. I recommend to all my family and friends. I have found that I can buy it by taking an empty bottle to my local health store and refill it (err, sorry Amazon!), therefore cutting plastic usage further. What can I say, buy it... I hope you like it as much as I do.

I started using this product about 2 months ago. To be honest I was sceptical about the performance of the product before using it. I was very pleasantly surprised at how lovely and soft it leaves mine and my 8 year old daughter’s hair. The shampoo cleanses extremely well and rinses easily. The conditioner seems thin and you should leave it on a few minutes, but I find that it softens and conditions my hair better than previous conditioners. I’ve coloured my hair for years and this shampoo helps tame the frizz. My hair feels like it did in my 20’s - thirty years ago! I can leave it to dry naturally without it frizzing! My daughter has hair that easily tangles but the conditioner totally untangles it. She loves it. I don’t think I’ll ever switch. We also have the dragonfruit set which is lovely. I rarely leave reviews and only do so if I’m super impressed.

Hair looks lovely and shiny. After washing I blow dried my hair and this is the result. I will be buying again. I have the lavender and geranium too. Same result.
