Nice value for quality commercial handle set
Brand name commercial handle sets are usually much more expensive than this one. This one is very sturdy build and seems to be good quality even though Grade 2. Should last years even in commercial setting. Only drawback I see is the backset is not adjustable. So if you are replacing an existing handle set make sure you get the right backset or you will be back on Amazon trying to find the other-sized latch.

Extremely nicely made door lever. Easy to install so long as the knob being replaced has the same measurements.

Solid Assembly but Not a 10 Minute Job
This is a sturdy assembly, and well made. But you won't replace the existing knob in 10 minutes. I had the door off to make some other repairs when this went on. That made the alterations much easier for the door to accept the small adjustments that this required. Expensive, but this is a sturdy product. Size up the job and see where the changes are before you blow the old one up. I've replaced some door latches and knobs where it was undue one, and slip the new one in. This was not one of those. Strong lock and latch though.
