Great Quality and Awesome Customer Service
First of all, I would like to write about their amazing customer service skills. I might have asked 10 different questions - alignment of pics., quality of the pics. I sent is good for printing?, where my text/ message will go without disturbing the pictures etc. etc. Got a reply to each and every message. I even changed one of the pictures to a diff. pic. than the one I sent earlier, after 12 hrs. of placing the order. My request was considered right away and fulfilled without any issues.This mug is so smooth and looks awesome. The prints of the pictures are very clear as desired. The two pics. I have sent and the text message were so beautifully aligned. I would suggest people to order from this supplier without a second thought. You will be 100% satisfied.

Excellent considering the speed of production & delivery
The good - quick production, dispatch, delivery and packing is safe so it comes well in one piece with no broken parts. Good picture quality and they've done it well.The not so good - if gifting someone, it's better if you get it first and repack and give it. Unlike some other mugs I've seen, this doesn't come in a nice thermocol casing. It's good, but not like 'delivered to your doorstep' giftable. But the packing is safe - so if presentation is not an issue then that's fine.Overall satisfied and will order again if I need to.

Good birthday present
This product is very useful when it comes to gifting someone in short time period. The printing quality is good not the best but I think for the pricing it is good. My niece loved the mug.

The image quality is acceptable, and the ceramic cup is similarly satisfactory.
I shared two photos, one meant for the front and the other for the back, but each side of the cup displays four repetitive images. But instead of repeatative i request the vendor to provide a option for 4 image instead of the repetitive images.

Excellent quality, memories captured, value for money
The media could not be loaded. The product was a birthday gift from a bunch of college friends to one of their group. You can see how excited the birthday girl was in the unboxing. It arrived ON her birthday (2 days earlier than expected). The ordering process was seamless and customer service before during and after was amazing. The picture print quality and the writing left nothing to be desired - it exceeded my expectations. The price was right. I give this product a full five stars.
