I started my keto journey and wanted something to help supplement it. I read the reviews that stated the Peach taste wasn't the best. It's not for sure! But it grows on you. This product does exactly as stated (suppress appetite, energy and keeps me in ketosis). Yeah the taste isn't the best, but as long as the product does as it's supposed to, I call that a win!

I liked the chocolate better but these ketones really help me keep my weight steady. The chocolate is back ordered so I hope to get chocolate again sometime soon!!!

Does the job but not big on the taste. Gritty and a dull flavor. Not a pleasure to drink. Need different flavors.

I had been trying to do a 3 day water fast to help me get into ketosis quickly but could not get through 1 day. THIS STUFF IS GREAT. Took my appetite away and have me energy like 15 minutes after drinking. The taste is AWFUL but I will be buying again bc it works.

I've bought real ketones a lot. But this particular one tasted horrible but what concerned me is the package had less than half powder in each stick as any other ketones I have bought.
