Space Age 4 Inch Infant of Prague glow in the dark statue

The "glow in the dark" aspect is non existent it just does not glow at night. I tried placing it in a bright lightto see if it would somehow accumulate a glow but when it's dark it does not glow at all.. Disappointing!
