I bought this twice. First time the kit only came with 1 and not 2 testers. The remaining one didnt give me an indicator line (1 vs 2 lines for positive) at all after following directions.2nd time I purchased it, I did receive 2 but again the tester didnt work . No lines

Unsure how accurate these tests are. I Got 2 packages that had an additional 2 tests in each package so I got 4 tests altogether. Each package I had 2 invalid test that never shown ANY lines and just didn't work at all. Two other test that said Neg. So who really knows if they work. I went and bought a 24-48hr test with a different brand. So well see if these 15min ones work. I'd say don't use these if you're wanting a guarantee, that all.

I bought this to test for bacteria in our pool water. It was very easy to use and arrived quickly. However, it never registered a reading in 15 minutes, nor 30 minutes or even an hour. We let it sit overnight and woke up with a reading which was negative thank goodness. At least we were able to test it. We were able to swim in it after shocking it one more time to be safe.

Easy to use. Clear and concise instructions. But when the strips indicated that the water was safe I could only think one thing...is this test reliable? Seeing no color change on the test strips could mean several things: the strips are defective; the results are a false negative; or the water is safe! Yikes! Only a 33% chance of being safe water. Although a .330 batting average would get you into the MLB Hall of Fame I wasn’t sure I’d trust that percentage for safe water with my good health.

I followed the directions using both tests and no results came up. I was supposed to see red lines somewhere on the test strips, but nothing showed up.
