It melted

I have used your product several times and have found mixed results.I have to go over small sections of hair several times to get it kind of straight. If I want it straight, I have to use my flatiron, which ends up being very time consuming.

Flat iron works better and is faster IMO

Does not work. You spend more time burning yourself. There is nothing to hold the hair close enough to the heat source.

It works as it says, just take your time doing your hair for the best results. I wish the buttons weren't on the side of the handle though, I constantly keep lowering the heat by mistake as I brush my hair...this was annoying for me. Other than that I really like it.

Lots of people straighten their hair anymore. Flat irons have been widely advertised and many do not know about hair straightening brushes. They are becoming more and more popular.This hair straightening brush is smooth with the brand logo on the back bottom of the handle. The lettering is coming off of mine, I'll assume do to use. When you turn this on and set the temperature, you can see the degrees as it heats up to the temperature you selected. I was not able to get this one to "lock" and stay on like a previous hair straightening brush. With my previous one, I held down the power button for a few seconds. I held this brush more in my left hand n in my right, but kept accidently turning it off and on and changing the temperature, no matter which hand I used this in. This made it difficult and a longer process to straighten my hair than it should have been.I do like how quickly this heats up. I had to make sure I kept my hands lower down than I was comfortable with to keep it on and at a temperature that worked for my hair. I admit that I am not a fan of styling products, normally. I used this with and without styling products. Even with using styling products, my hair did not stay straight long. I used the same hair protectant and hair straightening spray that I've use when I use my flat iron. I used this hair straightening brush exactly as the direction stated. I held the ends and ran the brush down my hair. My hair would be very warm. Within an hour or so, my hair would be fluffy and curl up with my normal natural wave. It didn't seem to matter how much spray I used either.
