No it won’t dial with voice command. Hands free was not the best phrase to use. It just means you can make a call without picking up the hand set.

Q: Can you use memory buttons and if they want to just dial a number can you do both? I dont have to chose one or other?

I just gave this phone to my elderly mother who has hearing, sight and dementia issues. She LOVES it! You can use the key pad to dial a number with or without the 6 preset speed dials being programmed. It is a little time consumer to find and size photos to a 1"x1" size but it does make the phone very easy to use.
