Let's face it if you're looking at this you're probably a grown up (technically speaking) with some issues. This is really helpful for the obvious uses, I thought the shape would make it awkward to sit on but it's actually comfy! I particularly like that you can just push the two arm things a bit closer or further apart underneath your butt for different uses and to generally ease muscle fatigue if you have it.Keeps your butt relatively cool (compared to a normal foam cushion), the mesh works well and is comfy enough (currently in my underwear with no issues... sshh don't tell).Firm-ish to the touch but not to the butt. Though it is also not soft.An unadvertised bonus of this style is that it releases farts instead of forcing them to build up underneath you. This thought is what brought me to write a review tonight. So many uses. Can also be used as a head pillow, just not after using as a fart release mechanism.Better than the donut style or weird butt crack hole style thing. I saw another like this with a strap to adjust the seat arm butt bits so they don't move when you get up. If I was to buy another I'd try to find that one.
