Distant Shores: A Novel

The latest work by my preferred author has once again exceeded expectations. I found it difficult to put the book down and would highly recommend it to anyone. It is an excellent read.

I only discovered Kristin Hannah's writing last year, and already have read, and given to close friends as gifts, a lot of her books. Distant Shores is no exception. I loved the way she explores her subject, without taking the easy way out, but letting the story come to a natural end. I also loved that she mentioned Anne River Siddons, one of my favourite authors! Can't wait to read the rest of her books. Long may she continue to write
