Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 Night Moisturizer 1.7 Ounce

Terrible. Caused severe rash, hives, and burns on my skin. I have used the original sculpting cream and liked it but this stuff is pretty bad.Also the customer service is terrible. Very rude and unhelpful. Be sure to notice the fine print that they will still charge you 30% if you return it, even if it actually HARMED your skin.

I know that retinol is a very important step to anti aging, but always noticed that when I used retinol it would burn my skin. I was told you have to keep using to get your skin adjusted to it, but no matter how much I tried, it didn't work. A friend suggested I try this moisturizer and that she has sensitive skin and it works great for her, so I had high hopes. I got it in and used it that night, and of course the same thing happened as with every retinol product I've tried.. my skin burned, and also felt like I had little tiny paper cuts all over my face. I decided to use it every other day, but after 2 weeks of trying to adjust to it, I gave up. Plus I noticed th at even though I wasn't bringing the moisturizer up to my under eye, it was burning my under eyes as well. I would also like to say I don't typically have sensitive skin to anything else.

Seems that the product was already open. It is not trustworthy when the product is not wrap properly, especially when is product for the face.

I absolutely love Olay I've been using it for years and I just started using the retinol which works great on my face. I ended up getting retinol burn on my neck and chest however because being that I am no longer in my twenties my skin is no longer forgiving and willing to bounce back. I spent plenty of Summers by the pool and memberships at a tanning salons. So now comes the point of paying my dues. Now it's all about health and fitness and finding all different avenues of preserving my youthful look for as long as possible. I have tried peels, I have tried expensive creams, and I have spent countless hours falling asleep at my laptop researching. Olay is the ticket. I'm incredibly pleased with the results and will continue using this product in hopes that it becomes my permanent staple.

I really like this product and it arrived on time. I would caution anyone if they experience dry eyes after using this product to only apply to face and not under eyes. A good hyaluronic acid-based moisturizer works well under eyes and does not produce this side effect. I could tell a slight difference within one week.

One of 3 Olay products of the same line I purchased, however, I had such a reaction from the one I did try I returned all of it. Reaction to 1 product: burning skin, huge red bumps & overall red patchy

It feels great, but the box was obviously resealed and a quarter of the product was missing from the tiny jar. Disturbed to think it was previously a sample container somewhere. :0
