Quality Product. Does as advertized
Very sturdy and of good quality unlike lot of other cheaper options. Most other steamers produce a burning plastic smell while in user, but this does not have any smell.The inner cup is a metal alloy so it largely works like an electric kettle, though not as fast. Wait times for steam production are longer (arnd 6-10 mins). Produces an even flow of steam while aroma pads can be placed on top for excellent results.

Broke after first use. The light simply kept flickering and it wouldn't heat up the water

Small but nice
This is a nice product for the price. Easy assembly and operation. I've used only once and the steam came from just one side. I thought about I need to cover my head while steaming. Once I did this everything was good. It won't be beneficial unless your head is covered. I don't know why this isn't mentioned in the directions. I know some have complained of not getting enough steam and that's the reason why. I love it.
