I have ordered these tablets twice. As someone who has ordered many brands of inositol, I think these tablets are handy. I will summarise the pros and cons below:+ good size tablet. Very easy to swallow+ no after taste from tablet.+ tablet form is easier to use when travelling than powder versions.+ the addition of folate and chromium is beneficial for weight loss and cell health. Especially for those with PCOS+ you get 40 days worth of tablets (if taking a tablet 3 times a day). The price for this is very good.+ my periods returned whilst taking this supplement. This shows the tablet may help with PCOS symptoms.Some limitations include:-I am unsure of the tablets effectiveness. I have lost 12lbs since taking the tablet, however I have also been exercising more and monitoring calorie intake. I cannot be sure the tablet is helping with weight loss.-my second order of tablets were smelly. It seemed to be coming from the bottle itself. The bottle smelt like beef but I haven’t noticed any issue with the tablets.-the box the tablets arrived in has issues with printing. For example, a banner reading “food supplement” goes over information regarding number of tablets (please see images). This makes me think the tablets are a bit dodgy.
