Almost perfect.
Positives:1. This is the most comfortable rucksack I have ever used.2. The back ventilation is excellent. It is not clear from the photos but the ventilation panel is deeply corrugated to allow a good cross-flow of air.3. The straps are ideally spaced apart and hold the sack steady without needing to be too tight.4. The main pockets are useful sizes and easily accessed with decent zips but the small zipped pocket is rather narrow for my man-size hands.Negatives:1. There is no way of attaching anything that is tucked into the 'drop-in' pocket. That is a shame because it would be ideal for a small camera if there was a safety clip for it. I may insert some eyelets.2. There is no pen/pencil slot.3. The pouches in the secondary section are too floppy to hold anything securely. An elastic top would have helped.4. There are no loops or other fixings on the outside to attach any extra items. I may insert some eyelets.5. There is no obvious place for a personal music player - those floppy pouches are not secure enough for an expensive player.6. There is no obvious way to attach accessories to the shoulder straps for quick access. Osprey do make a pouch but it is £18ish for a tiny little pouch barely big enough for a phone.7. There are no elastic straps and no way to fit any. I may insert some eyelets.Despite the negatives it is still an excellent backpack. I am delighted with it and am sure I will gradually find ways around its drawbacks.

Multipurpose backpack
I was worried this bag might have been too big for everyday use, but it is actually a perfect size. I allows me to put my water bottle and umbrella in the side pockets. There are 3 zip pockets of varying size:The pocket at the from is the smallest and can house small items, potentially a phone if you’re at the gym, but I use it to put pens in.The next zip pocket is of a medium size and contains two smaller pockets in which you can put your keys into it (there is also a red clip to keep them extra safe) and again you can put other items, it fits a book in it perfectly. The back zip pocket is the main part of the bag, there is a padded laptop sleeve and then a bigger part where you can store clothing, and other larger items.Behind the small zip pocket is a sleeve you can put items in you aren’t too fussed about, maybe pens, sanitiser, etc.The backpack has a padded back to sculpt with your back contours, padded shoulder straps which are adjustable, and there is also a sternum clip and a removal waist clip if you are hiking, running, or cycling.Overall a great backpack that I’ll use for everyday purposes, but it would also be suitable for outdoor pursuits and travelling due to its waterproof fabric. If you found this review helpful, please consider giving it a like / thumbs up. Thank you.

Great small bag
Bought this for a few items for the beach or when out and about. It's quite small but well designed. Recently took it to Thailand for 4 weeks and during traveling attached it to my Osprey Farpoint 40L bag with easy.

Good quality bag
I really like this bag and got it at a good price, was so much more expensive in the shops. Just the right size for a day walk, would probably need a bigger bag if I wanted to carry spare shoes but it’s big enough for waterproofs.

Disappointed in the design and longevity
This seems like a solid backpack, it feels like it will last for years. There are a couple of things I don't particularly like about the design though: the straps are a little thin and a bit uncomfortable and the outer pocket... I'm not really sure what to use it for. It's the perfect size for a paperback book, but if it rains the book will get ruined. Perhaps some clothing or a pair of shoes...? Anyway, strange design... an interior pocket would have been more useful.Initially I was a bit concerned about the capacity but the bag functions well enough for a day bag and the bottle pockets are great. However, not a versatile bag, in my opinion.UPDATE AFTER 3 MONTHS: The stitching has gone on one of the straps, which is disappointing and doesn't look good. And the carry handle really digs between your shoulder blades when you're walking, making the bag uncomfortable when loaded. I don't think I would buy this bag again in retrospect.

Good light pack
Just bought this for a trip to Canada. I wore it everyday for 3 weeks urban, suburban and country walking very comfortable with great weight distribution. Once you learn how to pack it properly you can actually fit an incredible amount of stuff into it.The front “stuff it in” pocket is only really useful for hat sized objects, the straps can be used to tap a jumper or jacket on though. The chest and waist straps were kind of a gimmick for me. I used the chest strap on one hike and found the waist strap more uncomfortable than not using it.This didn’t take away from how comfortable the back was to wear, honestly they’re nice to have, I just don’t think they’re necessary. The only real weakness of this pack is that the main pocket zip doesn’t ope the full length of the pack (not that I thought I’d want that before taking this trip) so you can open the pack like a small case. This would allow you to access items at the bottom of the pack without having to take everything out to access it.

Excellent pack for travelling and day hike
Excellent bag for recent travel. I really like the many compartments for easy storage, including sleeve for iPad. Also like the discrete zips which add additional security as they can be concealed when travelling. This bag has good capacity and is comfortable. My only criticism might be that the front chest fastening has a thin strap(also the waist fastening for extra support)- maybe I had it a little too tight but I found it left me feeling a tiny bit “bruised”. If I had loosened the strap there would not have been the same degree of support for the pack on the back.

Great product!
I couldn’t be happier with the Osprey Daylite Plus Daypack in Wave Blue! This pack is everything I was looking for and more. The color is stunning and vibrant, and the overall design is both sleek and functional. The size is just right—not too big, not too small—making it perfect for daily use, whether I’m heading to work, going for a hike, or running errands.

Buen producto!!
