Easy to put together especially once you have done a few. Customer service has been amazing. One came with a scratched up planter box and they were quick to refund me money. Also I had a hook that broke that holds the hedge firmly to the planter box and that was quickly rectified as well. I suggest the hedges with wheels to make like easier. The hedges are all so durable. I have these located on a second floor balcony at Wrigley Field where it can get very windy. They have been able to withstand the elements and look great. I will be buying a few more of these in the future.
