Depends on the fish.
I use these for freshwater fishing. They are packed in some kind of oil which makes them hard to hold on to while baiting the hook. Not sure if the oil is so they all don't stick together or if it's an attractant. Arrived as described. Happy with the purchase even though I haven't caught anything yet.
