Custom order
I placed my order and sent my measurements for a custom coat that was the best way to go since I normally wear a 2X. This allowed me to receive the coat in the color I wanted with no problems and the fit was good. I went to a seamstress showed her a picture of the coat she took measurements as largest size before custom would not have fit. I love my purchase I have been looking for a navy leather trench coat in my size for a while great purchase. I have received many compliments.

I liked the color and the length. I've had to add a couple of buttons because the lambskin is too thin and it has torn in a couple of spots.

Custom size isn't totally custom
First of all, this jacket is gorgeous- a beautful shade of pink and buttery soft. No weird odors. I selected custom size and the seller contacted me promptly for my measurements, then promptly sent my package since I ordered express shipping. I could tell they had correctly altered the shoulders and arms, and maybe the waist & length, however, the bust, back & from underarm to waist are HUGE. It looks like a large was altered to sort of make an x small. It is unwearable as is & will probably cost me another $150-$200 in alterations to make a wearable jacket. I probably just should have bought the extra small because at least then I likely would've only had to alter sleeves rather than difficult structural elements. Also, the torso is long, with the belt hitting just above the top of my hip rather than sitting on the waist. In all fairness, I do have a shorter waist...but wow. This jacket is so beautful that I hate giving it 3 stars.

$100 restock fee? MUCH LARGER than chart. PINK not like photos. 2nd jacket TOO small
Second jacket is WAY too small, went down one size from the jacket that was 6 inches too big. They charged a $100 restocking fee for returning the jacket. And it doesn't close in the front like the photos. Reduced star rating. The first jacket sent back had to be escalated to Amazon for a refund. Second one they charged $100 for restocking. Nice but they are robbing you with their sizing issues.The leather is nice. The jacket I ordered was supposed to fit up to 36 inch chest and it has to be at least 42-44 inches. The coat also has a weird drape at the hips probably because it is too big. The color does not match the photos provided. It is a hot pink, not the magenta pink in the photos. NOTE: had to use Amazon AtoZ for refund. No response to messages.
