Ceramic plate was damaged. Tried to asked for replacement but the product arrived was the same. Worst. Now asking for refund instead.

Received the box opened and torn at the opening and the straightener with wires just stuffed in the box. Seemed like it was already used. Very disappointing.Have placed a request for return.
