This will be long. First I ordered another purse from a completely different seller as a gift for my moms birthday. Turns out it wasn’t in stock. So after spending a few days looking at purses and wallet combos I came across the Montana West line. I ended up having to explain to my mom what was going on and let her choose her purse. We ordered the black fringe , with teal and white horse design stitching. A few days later it was delivered. This is where I got upset, again. It was a completely different purse. Like black, with quilted studding. It was a pretty purse but not what she wanted. She tried to act okay with it but I was livid. I contacted the seller. After a couple of days they finally got back to me. After a Few emails they corrected the issue and got me the original purse in just a few more days. They were kind and apologetic for the mistake. I will order from them again without hesitation. The purse seem sturdy and very well made.

Love this purse! It fits into my work locker nicely. It holds everything I need without looking lumpy. My SCCY fits nicely with room for a larger item. I have received many compliments. The wallet is fantastic. It was constructed to hold everything you need without having to be stretched to close. It's about half as tall as a typical tote making it perfect for small lockers. It sits comfortably at chest level.

This bag completely exceeded my expectations..its so much better made than the price reflects. I have paid more for a lesser quality. I love this bag....and the pink is not a crazy pink, its a very fashionable grown up.pink....so.impressed

not so tall cant find anything.wider than tall,has feet to stand on,and does not crumple! it is a little heavy,BUT I HAVE LOOKED FOR A PURSE THAT I REALLY LIKE AND IS THE RIGHT SIZE.I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! sooo pleased!!!!!

Due to covid and the mail carrier it was a bit late, but I don’t hold that against the seller. The Purse itself is well made and my Wife seems very pleased with it. She bought a pink and camo purse similar to this one a few years ago from different seller ( man was that a can of worms) so I knew what to expect from it’s quality and it’s made very well. Would I buy this product again for my wife? Yes. The moment she got it, she literally dumped her old purse and went to town stuffing everything into the new.

This is such a nice purse. It is so much prettier than the picture. It has a lot of room and the conceal carry pocket is the right size even with a holster. Even the wallet is roomy and comes with a strap in case you want to use a smaller purse that day. I have only had it a few days so hopefully it lasts a long time!

I had actually ordered a different purse. It didn’t arrive at all. When I contacted Montana West I was offered this purse with a partial refund. I received the partial refund that day and the replacement purse in 3 days. I am extremely happy with the Montana West worked with me and will definitely order from them again!!!

Great purse and wallet. Amazing quality for a good price. I bought this one as a gift and had to get one for myself!
