My first exposure to Tartufo pasta was in Alba, Italy where they have an annual festival dedicated to it. They had fresh black Tartufo pasta on the menu for all attendees. I loved it. This is a dry pasta, but I must say that the Tartufo flavor still comes through. This was good enough to take me back to that festival in my mind. Well worth the purchase, and on my short list to buy again in the near future.

It is egg pasta that contains truffles. We are fairly new to truffles but absolutely love truffles and its wonderful flavor. My son is a huge pasta lover and he was crazy about this. All you need with this is a butter sauce or a light cream sauce.⛵⚓Seas the Day⚓⛵

Really nice pasta with a delicious truffle flavor. This pasta is amazing and so easy to make. It’s packaged very neatly in its box and is obviously great quality. It only needs to cook for 2-3 minutes. I cooked the whole box for just three minutes and it was perfect. Even though it’s a little expensive I would definitely buy this again for a nice dinner.

NOW THIS IS PASTA!! I am not usually a huge fan of pasta since I find it boring and a waste of calories. However, this changed my mind. This is what all pasta should be like and I now understand when people say how much they love pasta.It tastes freshly made and has so much flavor even on its own. You can taste the truffles. It would be excellent just with some butter. I made a chicken dish with it and it was delicious.It is expensive so the only negative is that I am now hooked and have to get more!
