This tape sticks really well. And the shapes make it more effective to apply the proper tension on the tape depending on where the tape is used. I am only giving this tape 3 stars because it ripped part of my skin off after having it on for a week. Ouch! The adhesive made me itch a little as well. I won’t buy or recommend this tape to others if they have sensitive or semi-fragile skin.It is also in precut strips and it just doesn’t work for some of the larger areas that I wanted to use it on. If you don’t have either of those problems, this could be the tape for you.

We love this tape, both my fiancee and I suffer from chronic pain and have pre existing conditions. This tape allows us to go to work (I stand n walk all day as a teacher) plus we work out to help our conditions. We use it daily and our last shipment, we ordered two rolls. We plan on ordering more next week since we are down one roll :) Great stuff for the price and much better to take off (n doesn't feel like it's ripping off skin) than the more expensive name brand tape.

I was using target brand for 4.99 and it adhered way better. This kt tape is peeling up after just an hour. I make sure to clean and thoroughly dry my hands and arms before using it since that is where I use it for. It also doesn't quite have the same support as the target brand.

Y'all! I have some pretty serious shin pain when I run and someone told me about taping. I was hesitant because I just don't understand the science behind it but it's a cheap try so I went for it. One strip from my ankle to the bottom of my knee and I had ZERO pain!!! My goal is to slowly work my way down in stretch until I don't have to rely on the tape anymore but for now, it's amazing!!!!

Not nearly as high quality as KT Tape brand. Doesn't stick as well and while the shapes are helpful to ensure the proper stretch, it's somewhat gimmicky as most people figure this out on their own after one or two uses.

Stays in place! That has always been the issue but Theraband is great stays until you TAKE IT OFF! Love the colors too

Although I loved the design & reviews stated it holds very well which it does, I ended up with a blistering rash which is why I gave it a three star rating. I didn't get the rash right away but can't use the rest

Cheaper than KT Tape, as it should be. Adhesion failed within 1 day without showering. KT brand last 3+ days even through showers. Waste of $.

I use this every time I go for a game and it's greatly helped me. It's great when you're recovering from an injury. Most importantly what surprised me was how long it lasted once applied. When I have back to back game days I only have to apply this once and it really lasts even after a shower and a bath. Also the videos on the website are great. Very easy to apply with the stretch indicators.

Not very sticky. It rubs off, any sort of brushing against pants it peels up. It’s crap don’t recommend. Did return

I have frozen shoulder and tendonitis. Used to wrap shoulder to keep in place. Very happy with this product as I cannot go for physio due to covid 19 so my husband is wrapping for me. Quality very close to what physio is using.

I shaved my dog using a #10 Oster blade (ultra-short) and this tape didn't stick. Began to peel within seconds. Waste of money. Don't buy it for a dog. It might stick well on chrome ball, an avocado, or a bathroom mirror (I'm guessing). It just doesn't work on dogs. Very disappointed.

Thinner than original brand (like KT tape). And not that sticky. No skin irritation after wearing almost a day. Tends to roll off and is not sticking anymore. Sticks on clothing
