Relieved sore feet after a 10 hour shift on linoleum laid over concrete flooring. Relieved arthritis pain around an otherwise healed wrist fracture that, because of the arthritis never felt right. 40 minutes did the trick. Bought one for each sister who benefitted as I did. One had a foot fracture, the other had a wrist sprain that felt like a fracture in terms of pain. She was amazed when Dr. Ho product delivered relief. I recommend Dr. Ho., but of course, check first with a doctor. There are cases that can't be helped.

It was a gift, however I already had one and when my son commented how using mine helped his aching back I got him this one for a Christmas Gift. The only thing I do not use is the foot Pads- they shock my feet- too sensitive to help me.

I was super excited to get this, I have had tens units before, but just the cheap $30 ones, which work great but figured I would splurge and get "the best"Boy was I WRONG.....I got my order and it was missing items, no pads, no charger, and worse of all it was broken, no on and off switch??? I mean I might expect that out of a cheap unit, but this was $219, you would think they would have some standards.So I contacted the company, they wanted me to basically jump though hoops to return it. So I contacted Amazon and they agreed to ship a new one out and I just drop this junk off at Kholes, all good right?So I wait patiently for my new unit, open it up, and good...no missing pads, no broken unit, so I go to grab the charger...............wait no charger. So I do what every other good American does, I grab a handful of chargers and get to work finding one that fits................but oh no I am not that lucky, 7 different chargers and NONE fit. I contact the company to see if they can ship me one, or at least tell me what type of charger so I can buy a new one (Don't bother trying to call the number they tell you to call, no one answers) After 2 days of no return message, I contacted Amazon and requested a full refund...........This company is charging an insane price to start with, and the product is sub par. Save your money, it is not worth the hassle.
