I keep one of these in my office and use it to relieve muscle tension in my neck. Works very well, even my staff will come in my office to use it lol!

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this handheld neck massager after seeing an Ad for it on Tiktok. If you can't afford to get a professional massage, this massager is the next best affordable option. My neck was so tense from tension and stress, literally after the first use, I saw a significant change in my neck tension. I love the design, it's easy to use and I am also able to massage my feet and palms with it. Not a good design for shoulder massages though lol, But definitely great for neck pain relief!

Got to say, this might be the best thing I have ever have gotten on the internet.I know it is for your neck, but I even use it on my calves as well.Still trying to figure out how to use it one handed for BIs and TRIs.Massage therapists will hit an area, this pup gets right to the point.

Personally for me I think I should’ve got the ones with the rolling knobs but this thing does an incredible job. It’s easy and quick for me to use when I have time. Pleased.

This is great for pain relief but if you have long hair: be warned that it will rip lots of hair out of your head! The balls on the massager are some kind of rubber texture that grabs my hair and gets it wound up and almost impossible to unwind so I have to make sure all of my hair is pinned up before I use it.I definitely recommend it,you just need to be careful with it! It’s awesome at getting the knots out of your neck and back.
