MAKE HUNTING GREAT AGAIN
Cold feet is the only thing that gets me out of my stand for Gun Deer Season. Not any more. These provide all the warmth you will ever need sitting still. I turned them on for about 30 minutes at a time when the feet started to get the cold pains and it was magical having them warm up sitting in the frigged Wisconsin woods. They didn't work through the afternoon so the standby battery power is a bit lacking. It's always searching for a signal so there is some drain. Turned on (no heat) at 5.30am and the last time I could use was around 12pm. So they have about 6 hours of standby power with a few 30 min heat runs in the mix.Overall run time for me was about 3 hrs at a Packer game. They didn't last the 5 as claimed on low heat. They are extremely comfortable, they feel better than the insoles I had in my expensive boots. Make sure to trim, trace the toe shape using your existing insole and cut. They are not too thick but as the directions state, REMOVE your existing insoles and use these.Highly recommend.

great product.
work fine. My feet get cold no matter what. I have to charge these after every hunt, but they work as they say. The disposable heaters do not work for me. It seems like my feet just suck the heat out of them. This product generates it's own heat so my feet are constantly recharged with heat. Lost the remote, but that is my fault. I hope I can find it before next season.

I use these when out and the cold and they do the job for me.
Third season using these. I have 11.5 shoe size and had to cut just a 1/4 inch off the tip. They fit without cutting but fit better with after the cut. They warm up enough to make difference. Heat element is NOT in the toe so it won't help your toes. I have cold feet when outside in the cold - shoveling or wandering - and these do keep feet warmer than without. I don't know what people are expecting heat wise but these heat up just enough for about 4 hours (average between high and low settings). I have a set of Wellies (boots - and they are roomy since I can get wool socks in them before I purchased these) that I trudge around in the snow. Make note: if you cut the insoles to fit your shoe they are not returnable. I must be lucky that I could fit them inside the shows with out cutting to try out. My biggest worry was how to store them so i could find the charger, cables, insoles and remote when winter comes. I now just leave them in the Wellie boots at the end of the winter.

Worked OK to start but failed quickly with no support
Even when it worked this wasn't a great product. It just did an OK job keeping my feet warm. I used at work and battery life was an issue. After a few months one of the insoles stopped working. It received a signal from the remote but then immediately switched itself back to No Heat which meant it was always off. A month later the other insole stopped taking a charge. No useful troubleshooting info in the owners manual. I went to the ThermaCell web site and they don't even acknowledge that the product exists. I contacted them and they pointed me to Heat Factory who apparently now owns the product. Heat Factory says they only market product (but apparently don't help people who are dumb enough to buy the marketing). I recommend against this product. I also recommend against buying anything from ThermaCell or Heat Factory. Neither seem to value customers very much.

These work
I bought these to put in my boots that I wear to football games in New England winter. Standing on concrete for 3+ hours, your feet will get cold. Cold feet can ruin your day and make you want to leave early. I’ve tried numerous combinations of shoes, boots and socks but nothing really worked. I decided to give these a try and have been very happy. I was worried that they would be uncomfortable because they are fairly stiff, but they were as comfortable as any other shoe insert I’ve tried, gel or otherwise.

great product but not worth $$
These are great during those extremely cold days we had this winter. but where the switch is located at the heal which is a poor spot to begin with cause all your weight is on the heals. The first pair didn't make it through the first month and had to send them back due to the switch on the right insole stopped working. Now we are on the second pair and have had them for about 2 weeks, hoping these will hold in there, they do work and they do keep his feet warm, he is happy he got them, which is why we exchanged for a new pair. But if these break again then that will be it until they come up with a better design or the price drops. The second pair was actually cheaper than the first pair we bought!! must be others have had the same complaint LOL. Search around in amazon and you will find different pricing through the market sellers. Still a lot cheaper than the big box stores.

Changed the way I felt about cleaning snow on car
I have never been a fan of winter particularly clearing the snow off my car , and moving it away from my condo when it was time to have the parking lot plowed the walk back from street parking meant cold feet. This product made a significant difference in my comfort level. I learned about these insoles from a friend who has a consistently cold floor and she uses them in her slippers - they were Christmas present she couldn't stop raving about ! I am so glad I took her recommendation
