Item far too small, customer service only wanted to refund not exchange the item for a larger size, you have to pay returns for a product that is undersized and not fit for purpose 😡

i bought size 16. I got so fed up with buying trousers with zips, that often broke. this is really comfy and smart, suitable for spring cool weather and cool summer days. good for the office and casual wear. doesnt crinkle. i am very happy it comes in different colours too and i would buy this pair of trousers again. love it
