Actually works
This was recommended by a doctor and is the only topical product we've purchased that made my husband's athletes foot actually go away. He put it on every single morning after his shower & occasionally in the evenings. His athletes foot was SO SO bad, and now it's gone after about 2 months of daily use. I've wasted so much money on cheaper products that did little to nothing, this stuff works magic. We have the subscription to keep it coming.

A blessing for athletes foot, jock itch and more
Athlete's foot, let's talk about it. Most people get it because they don't change their socks often, or wear the same socks day after day.If you do get athlete's foot, the best way to use this product is to get a small amount about the size of two peas, and rub All around, under, In between, top and bottom of each toe. You may notice that you have more athletes foot towards the pinky tow. No need to put more on, just make sure you rub it in the itching areas thoroughly.Another tip is to use the Lamisil or similar spray in your actual shoes. You may also want to spray any home sandals, or Grandpa sandals as they're known to sterilize what your feet and socks are going into.So to quickly recap, the stuff in this specific product goes on your skin. Then use the spray version to get whatever is making contact with your skin and socks.Jock itch, let's go there. If you notice that you're getting a rash and itchiness on either side of your junk, you can use about two small piece size amounts on either side. Rub it all in there, don't be shy. You'll notice that it will spread very well and have nice even coverage. Please change your underwear every single day. Same holds true with your socks and the example above with athlete's foot. You should never wear the same underwear 2 Days in a row, neither your socks.Armpit rashes? Yes that does happen from time to time. I noticed one summer at the gym where there was some kind of fungus that came from outer space or something. Lol. It was everywhere, and almost everyone got it.Same rule applies in terms of amounts, about two small Peas worth is all you need for each armpit. Make sure you're rubbing in the actual crease itself, get all of the areas that are infected, and maybe another inch Beyond that.Rubbing this product in is what helps to get at whatever is causing the rash. Most cases, it's usually some kind of fungus or bacteria. In rare cases it could be something like ringworm if you're swimming through bad water, sometimes from a swimming pool that hasn't been chlorinated properly, etcetera.Air and a blow dryer are also your friend! In all three cases above, try to air out and dry the areas that are affected completely before applying the product. Using a towel can only go so far. But using a hair dryer can really get all of the moisture away from the affected areas. So blow dry the affected area, apply the product, make sure you rub it in there, and you should be good to go. Put on a fresh pair of socks, underwear, and/or shirt depending on how many of the areas are affected. You'll notice after about a day or two the itching goes away, but please continue to use the product for a full 2 weeks. You want to make sure you kill off whatever was causing the issue. If you're in a time of the year or climate where you're going to be sweating a lot, you may need to repeat this process twice a day. And yes, you do need to repeat the whole entire process. Take a shower, make sure you rinse and wash all the affected areas, tell yourself off, use a blow dryer or air dryer to make sure you get the areas as dry as possible, then apply the product.

Over The Counter Doctor Suggested
I like the ease of application but wish there was larger tubes. I was asked to use this product for 4 to six weeks.

Does its job
Does its job and is more cost effective buying the 3 pack delivered than going to the pharmacy for this product.
