Completely inaccurate. Not even usable as a ‘ballpark’ measurement. I repeated the 3-point test 3 different times, and had the result come back as between 10-12% BF each time. As much as I’d like that to be true, it’s probably at least 8% too low. Looking at body comp photos and guessing would get you closer to the mark.Two reason I would guess: the plastic is too flexible, and the notch on the side - which is supposed to tell you how hard to press - is too rudimentary.The only thing it has going for it is the price, which is lower that a lot of the other ones on sale here, but it’s still more expensive than guessing, and guessing is more accurate.

The calipers themselves work fine (although why did I need two?), but the included body fat percentage charts are reversed! (i.e., the men's chart has women's numbers and vice-versa) A simple Google search will reveal the correct percentages. That's a major fail and costs the product two stars.

I don't understand why it's so difficult to find decent calipers nowadays. I had much better quality plastic calipers ten years ago. Also, the chart they send is labelled incorrectly. The chart that goes down to 2.0% is supposed to be for MEN. And the higher fat chart is for WOMEN.
