Stylish, functional, and affordable piece to display and store lots of records.
This piece has a quality look and a neutral style that likely fits most decor needs. It holds a reasonable amount of 12” LPs and had room left for many of my 45s and some books. I spent about 25 minutes assembling it with only a Phillips screwdriver. It’s the perfect standing height for accessing my turntable. I’m pleased that I got what I needed without breaking the bank.

Solid, leaves some to be desired.
I bought this for about $140, and overall I'm decently happy with it. Assembly was relatively simple, I can fit a good amount of records in it, and it's decently sturdy.I wish the item was a little heavier, it would give me a little more confidence in the sturdiness. I wish the shelves were slightly higher, records are a nearing tight fit.Overall, for $140, this was a good buy. It saves space and looks nice.

Happy with my purchase
I was able to assemble this by myself within 45 minutes. It has a lot of storage for records. I like that it’s very solid and sturdy. Would purchase again.

My husband loves it!
My husband had been looking for a record stand for awhile and we took a leap of faith in buying this one. It’s not sturdy enough to move around a lot while loaded but my husband seems very happy with it. He’s got it loaded with his records and has the record player on top. It was a little challenging to assemble but once he got it put together he was happy with it.

Pretty Nice Furniture with Some Issues
Overall I like this piece of furniture. It’s one of the few that seems well thought out to hold records on the bottom and a turntable on the top.First the good:- Shelf was shipped directly from the manufacturer despite being sold and shipped by Amazon. Packaging was superb. This thing is going to show up to you intact unless a bomb hits it.- Holds a good number of 12 inch LPs on the two bottom shelves. Top shelf can easily fit a record player or other good sized item. Smaller items like books fit on the shelves just fine as well.- Looks pretty good for the price. Some things that I find neither good nor bad but are good to know:- The shelves are not symmetrical from left to right. That’s apparent if you look carefully at the photographs but I did not. The shelves each have two bent metal arms so you’ll see that one shelf has an arm on the far left and the other has one on the far right. Both have one in the middle. Records can lay with their cover facing you only on the side without the arm. The other side is slightly too narrow. If you’ve filled the shelves this isn’t an issue but if you want to display what you’re playing it’s good to know.- Although the wood veneers are good looking for the price a close look shows that it’s a cheap piece of furniture. Glue spills over the edges a bit. Not a functionality issue and you wouldn’t be able to tell during normal use.- Assembly was easy enough but it’s physically possible to attach some pieces incorrectly. Pay close attention when you’re putting together the metal frame. It would be nice if it were keyed so things would only go together one way.The bad:- My shelf is out of square so the legs won’t touch the ground at the same time. As a result, it’s got a decent wobble to it. This is an issue that would be fixed by adjustable feet but there are none included. This is a glaring omission for a piece of furniture that’s designed to have a turntable on top. I’m going to have to 3d print a fix for this.- This is nitpicking, but it uses Phillips/Pozidriv screws and I hate those. I’d say hex bolts are bare minimum in this day and age since they’re much less likely to strip.

Better than I expected
Sauder has gotten a lot better than those old 90's desks. I was a little skeptical about buying this for my records but I'm glad I did. It looks good next to a real wood piece of furniture. The metal helps it not look too fake and makes it sturdy enough. It wasn't hard to put together. The only thing I would mention is that the top isn't large enough for a turntable and bookshelf speakers. My skinny bose speakers fit but not old school ones.

Sturdy and Looks Good Too
Very sturdy & looks good too! I had one problem with one of the brackets that had the housing stripped so the screw would not hold, but the bracket was still usable although loose. But other than that, it is a substantial piece of functional furniture that looks good! They did win the contest for the hardest box to get into. It is packed very tight & good, but hard to get open.
