Excellent quality product, easy to use and easy to control
We have only had it for just a few weeks up until now but it works brilliantly, the two frother attachments give great flexibility for the types of milk required and the temperature control is a very useful feature that is generally not available on other manufacturers milk frother products. It has a great quality look and feel to it and it is very easy to use, control and clean. It is priced above almost all of it's competitors but we consider it worth it. Only time will tell concerning reliability but it does have a two year warranty which is also a benefit that most other manufacturers do not provide.

I dont know about other brands, but i have almost had this Milk Frother for TWO years and it hasn't let me down once.My Cappuccino and Latte's are perfect every time, and the temperature option gives it an edge over others. Now it's more expensive than others out there but the best Milk Frother investment i have done.

Hot Chocolate Machine!
Here's my review after daily use since (31 July 2020)Originally, I was looking for an easy way of making hot chocolate besides waiting for the milk to heat up on the stove. Searched for something similar to a coffee machine that does chocolate but with no luck, this, however, worked perfectly for not only doing hot chocolate but even coffee, heating up different kinds of drinks so it was a win-win for the whole family. Worth the money!PROS: - High quality material - Reliable at reaching right temperature (adjustable) - Customizable - stir, warm(around 60°C), hot(70°C), super hot!(anything past 70°C all the way to the end). - Two types of whisks, one for mild level of foam (ex. Latte), other for frothing (ex. Cappuccino).CONS: - Needs to cool down after continuous use (does around a max 500ml/ 2 cups at a time , I wash it to cool off after continuing). Will indicate it's done when it needs to cool off. - Will lag and hear spinning noises and stop if you add powder before it starts spinning, also gradually add powder if it's too dense. Else will need to re-adjust the whisk and let the liquid heat up first then add in.BONUS: - My all-time favorite hot chocolate recipe I use with this: 2 tsp Chocolate powder + 250ml/ 1 cup milk at 70°C with the whisk attachment.

Not Standard Plug
I usually stay quiet on things but this brother was a bit over rated to me. First, it makes a lot of noise .. I didn't expect it to be totally silent but the noise it makes sounds terrible. Also, it comes with the different kind of 220 plug to which they include an adapter that rather cheap. To top it off, really really the quality of the froth is pretty typical, nothing special. I don't recommend it and suggest maybe looking at the nepresso frother.

Great Froth
I'm quite impressed. I was a little sceptical but five in and bought this. Milk was warmed really well and the froth was great. It frothed up really well and I then added in my coffee and it mixed it in well. It has a good capacity and can do 2 big cups or 4 small cups.

Breville the Milk Cafe Frother - A perfect appliance
Very occasionally I hit on an appliance that just worksI really can’t think of any way the design of this milk frother could be improved. A good range of temperatures, so easy to clean, stable on the kitchen bench, great for making a variety of hot milk-based drinks. A bit pricey, but the thoughtful design makes it a great buy

The best milk frother I never knew I needed....til now!
We'd had two previous milk frothers, both had electronics in the base, which made cleaning them a challenge, and eventually both blew up and needed replacing. They also burnt the milk (slightly) making cleaning them after use a pain and we'd have to use our nails to scrape the milk stuck to the bottom away. They also didn't have any temperature control. So when the second one died, rather than replace it (again), we decided to spend a little more money and get a "proper one".This time, we did some research and found this item from Breville. All the smarts in the BASE, inductive heating and magnetic motor for the frothing dic, so the jug can be put in the dishwasher so nothing to blow up if it gets wet, a MUCH larger capacity jug than the previous 250ml max units we had previously used. Looked like a winner. So we ordered it. Amazon shipped it to us within 2 days (Bonza!) and the first time we used it we knew we'd made the right call.Froth's our milk to perfection, Variable heat control means we can heat my wife's milk to the temperature she likes without having to then microwave her hot chocolate after we make it to get it 'hot' as opposed to 'luke warm'. Jug rinses out easily after use with no danger of killing any electronics, because they're in the base, not the jug!If you want a quality frother for your coffee or hot chocolate - THIS is what you need!!

Best frother so far
Does a great job of frothing lite milk with the low froth disk. Easy to clean, quick rinse and you are good to go. And finally a frother that enables me to set the temperature of the milk so I don't end up cooling down the coffee when I add the milk. Also works great for hot chocolates! Have not found any negatives so far.
