Hello, I'm not of a review writer and have not written one in many years, but I had to enter this review because this product is simply amazing!!! I tried other Brazilian cheese bread mixes but nothing comes close to this one. For the longest time, I bought Yoki cheese bread mix, but decided to give this one a shot since it is new. First of all, the Cheezinos mix is so much easier to make. You put all the ingredients and mix powder into a blender. There is no mess since the mix is all done by the blender. Once blended, you pour mix into a mini cupcake tray (by the way, they sent me a free mini cupcake tray!!!). After 15~18 minutes in the oven, the rolls are ready. I was very skeptical about how “liquidy” the dough was. To my surprise, rolls trippled in size, turned out light, fluffy, and crunchy. I still have 3 boxes left and plan to try one with bacon, one with poppy seed, and one with jalapenos sausage.

It is just like the cheese rolls from Chama Gaucha or Fogo de Chao
It came out exactly like the cheese rolls I have at Chama Gaucha or Fogo de Chao. For the longest time I was looking for a good recipe that I could try at home. This is really a great product. I strongly recommend!!!Initially, I was going to write a bad review on the product because I failed on my first attempt to make it. I did not follow the instructions properly and put the powder mix first in my blender. I added the milk and eggs on top of the powder which made the powder very dense and my blender would not spin. The powder is very thin and if you put any fluid on top of it, it becomes really hard (I had no idea). It was a disaster. It took me a while to clean my blender. -Well lesson learned... After calming down from my initial attempt... I followed the recipe as per instructions and to my surprise everything mixed very well and the rolls came out very fluffy and delicious!!! -Yes, make sure you follow the instructions. -Phew... Oh yes, the tips on how to clean the blender is also very helpful!!!

Just okay. Should be cheesier.
I felt the other reviews were overrated. After baking in the mini muffincups, the little breads come with an almost hard shell base which looks like it needs peeling off. The taste is okay. Not very cheesy if you follow the exact directions. May need more cheese or something else. Tasted better on day 2, surprisingly. Definitely not a replacement for gougeres.

Not the same
Not the same as the ones in the Brazilian Churrascaria. It also wasn't good to eat as leftovers.
