As per my experience i got it exactly the way it was shown on amazon. The chair is comfortable and the seat cushion is nice and soft, it has been 4 hours now after i have assembled but it seems perfect.... happy satisfied customer

It is a good chair for the price, installation was also not that hard! However a bit disappointed with the incline level which can't be adjusted even though the instruction shows that it can be done but I tried many times without being able to do it!

Very simple chair that JUST WORKS. Comfy cushioning, supportive back and looks good in my space.

Quality is superb it's just that it doesn't recline.Other than that good product

as someone who works from home a lot and is working a desk job, this desk chair is definitely a good investment. i could spend money on a cheaper chair but I know in the long run it wouldnt be as comfy. so im happy with this purchase

It’s amazingly comfortable and ergonomic however its squeaky when you sit back.

Originally I liked the chair however, it is meant to recline but there is no way to make it do so. I have neck pain and was trying figure out how to adjust it but there is no way to do so.Please send your technician back to fix it or replace my chair with something that does recline and provides adequate neck support

It looks even better in real life. I previously boight the cheap amazon recommended chair which was for 200 something and now its going to the trash. I think for this type of chair it's considered cheap but good so i really recommended it
