Q: How do you adjust the headband?

There is only one part of the earpro that are metal. These metal brackets connect the ear muffs to the head band. These metal brackets slide up and down on the ear muffs. They adjust small enough for my 3yr old, and even all the way to be effective for an adult.

Q: Will this fit a 2 month old? I would like to bring my baby to church

We used this when our son was 3 months at church. They worked well but I actually found them to be a little tight. Seemed like they were squishing his head/cheeks a bit.

Q: Are these electronic earmuffs? Meaning, if someone who is next to you speaks, that sound is amplified into the earmuff? Loudness kept out?

No they are not. Just cut out the loud noise.
