- The service life of tube is about 10000 hours. We have 18 months warranty for W1,W2, and W4, and 12 months warranty for W6 and W8 laser tube.
- The W series (W1,W2,W4,W6,W8 ) can replac the old model S series (S1,S2,S4,S6 S8) tube well.
- As the upgrade and power improve of W seris in 2019, To ensure the better compatible, we will send W1 tube and DY10 power supply,W2 tube and DY13;W4/W6/W8 tube and DY20.
- We send the items by DHL/FEDEX/UPS air express,door to door service, 4-5 working days delivery to US and Europe. Due to the impact of COVID-19, it takes 5 to 8 working days to delivery the item now. Normally, the delivery time is 3-5 working days before COVID-19 event.
- We insure the tube when ship, if there is any broken in transport, we will send the new one free again depend on the broken photos and damage report from courier.
