It is exactly as described and I am happy it came with a small but strong ring to attach it to. Just use a small coin to pry open the ring as not to damage the tag. I really love it!

The tag is easy to read but it collects scratches really easily and starts to chip after a couple months. Not worth buying.

Giving this 4 stars even though 3 might be more appropriate but the customer service is good. We ordered this tag, customized it and it arrived within 1-1.5 wks, ahead of schedule which was great. When it arrived, the company very kindly included a 2nd tag for us which was very kind, thank you! However, when putting the tag on the ring to attach to collar, a little bit of the black on the tag chipped off from my finger or the ring, not sure. In light of that, I’m not sure how durable this tag will be going on a full sized golden retriever puppy but we do have a 2nd when we need it. Otherwise, lots of color options and just a super cute/fun dog tag which is what we wanted.
