Having to strap a mask to your face just to be able to breathe at night isn't much fun... Or COMFORTABLE! CPAPs are quieter than the Hoovers of old, but rushing air is still rushing air. Adding ear buds makes It painful to sleep on your side. I had SERIOUSLY considered cutting a hole out of the center of my makeshift scrap of Memory Foam, but the foam was rapidly disintegrating!My wife had actually put this pillow in the cart. I, on the other hand, was slimming down our cart. This pillow seemed to offer practical solutions! Here's my experience with this pillow* CRADLES your head without jacking your neck up into an unnatural position.* SOFT enough to be comfortable, yet firm enough to give you the support you need* HOLE in the center FINALLY allows me to sleep w/o waking up with painful indents on my ears!* ADJUSTABLE simply by turning it!* SHAPES to your head (and unnatural pturbances)!I honestly fell in love with it the first night. I've tried other pillows - even a very expensive one that seemed like it would be impossible to be uncomfortable. I was worried that my pillow case would negate the effects of the softness and shape of the pillow, but it only does marginally so.I think you'd like this pillow if you're a "thinner" pillow person... ESPECIALLY if you're a DARTH DAD who has straps, clips, ear buds, etc protruding from your head at night! Thx be to the maker!

I have neck and back pain and also grind my teeth terribly at night. I have been on a years-long quest for a better pillow, and I have tried more of them than I can count- including about four previously of this same basic cervical ergonomic design, with the weird shape and the divot for the head, etc. I don't know what it is about this one, if it just fits my body or what, but this is THE ONE. This is finally the perfect one for me and my body proportions. The others I tried, I gave a long effort to - they all said give yourself a week to get used to it, etc, and they were uncomfortable but I tried. *This* pillow was perfect from the very first night I used it. It's also less expensive than some of the others, especially the Tempurpedic one which was the most expensive and the LEAST comfortable. (I do have a tempurpedic mattress and love that, but man, no more tempurpedic pillows.) I'm an average sized woman, 5'6" tall with basically average proportions, if that helps you make your decision. I sleep equally on my back and both sides, and this pillow is the only one that has also been comfortable in all those positions, AND doesn't require me to completely readjust the pillow when I turn over. I can just turn, and it's right. So far my jaw is a lot less sore in the morning, too, and I think that means I am grinding my teeth less with this pillow. Everyone is different, and certainly the other pillows I tried and hated also had many good reviews, but FWIW I bothered to come in to write this review to say finally, this pillow works for me after trying soooo many different ones. So pleased I'm buying a second one as a backup.

This pillow is well-constructed and seems to be made with quality materials, but it has very little "give" and I find it too hard for me. I could not find a comfortable way to sleep on any of it's side so I won't be using it. I would have returned it had I not opened it and tried it. It may be perfect for other people who want very firm support, but it's just not for me. On the plus side, it filled out quickly after taking it out of its wrapping, and I did not notice any off smell at all. It's ready to use almost immediately. A well-made pillow for the price for those who want a hard support pillow.

The color of the pillow makes a difference is density. I already have 2 of these pillows that are gray but decided to order another pillow but ordered the blue. I didn't see anything that the color of the pillow matters. Such as blue being the softest, gray being medium firm and dark gray being firmest. I don't know it that's the case but it sure seems to be. The blue one I ordered is being sent back and I reordered a gray pillow. The blue pillow was way too soft. I let it sit on the counter overnight to see if it would firm up but it never did. Just putting your hand on it it would be like sleeping on a pancake. But I do love the gray pillow and rate it as a 5 for everything just not the blue one.

I bought this pillow after dodging buying a foam neck support pillow for years. I just didn’t want to spend the money - most were pricey.Then, I found this pillow. The price point was really good. And the ergonomic shape looked like it would really help my cervical stenosis.Yes. I am happy to report that this has supported my neck while side sleeping very well. A significant reduction in numbness and tingling in my hands. Helps maintain my neck alignment after chiropractic adjustments. Did not eliminate snoring, but helped reduce it.I even bought one for my ex.I recommend this. It may not be soft enough for some people. Kinda firm support.

Been trying to sleep on my back more and with a wedge pillow, that's become a possibility for me - but I need something to support my neck. We had a cervical pillow a long time ago, but no one in my household has ever committed to the back-sleeper life and therefore, we ended up getting rid of it... So I wanted to try a new one.This is not the answer. It's very heavy and is extremely hard, also very tall. Not comfortable at all when used with a wedge and not very comfortable by itself, either. I gave it a good few nights and nothing I do makes me feel like it was a good idea to sleep on it. God help you if you end up turning onto your side or stomach, too, as the pillow is so hard it causes me tremendous ear pain.I'm not going to return it, as the box has been thrown away and it's a decent back support pillow for some of the chairs around the house, but if you're looking for some neck cushioning, look elsewhere.

Bought these in 2018 and they’re still going strong today. I sleep on it every night

Fue un regalo para mi papá, quien sufría de dolor en cuello. Con esta almohada ha podido descansar y relajar su cuello. Ha dormido mejor. Dice que es muy cómoda y que fue una excelente elección.

Cómoda, relajante, ayuda a acomodar bien la cabeza, ya no tengo dolores de cabeza o cuello al dormir ...

Compre dos almohadas, con una todo bien, pero la segunda la mandaron abierta y lo peor ya sucia de que se había usado justo en la zona de la cabeza, para la calidad del material deja que desear, se pueden conseguir otra mas barata con este tipo de memory foam y telas.
