Unique flavor & taste! The texture is awesome! The color, fantastic! This flour made the best whole wheat muffins ever! The muffins with the darker color had wheat bran added and the one with the lighter color is just sunrise whole wheat pastry flour. This flour makes incredible whole wheat pancakes & waffles too. I have not made breads or cookies yet but will do very soon. I’ll share my experience when I do but my expectations remain pretty high! Now my family only wants my whole wheat muffins & pancakes! Great quality of whole wheat flour! If you’re an experienced baker, you’ll appreciate this flour for your whole wheat pastries! About to buy more!!So I’m updating my review since I made 100% whole wheat bread using this flour. It was the best. The bread was soft for days, the elasticity was perfect, the taste was great & it gave no overpowering wheat taste…the bread was just better than anything you would buy out there. I made 2 loaves with the intention of using them during the week. It was so good that my family ran through a whole loaf within minutes!! The second loaf didn’t survive 3 days! The quality of this flour cannot be underestimated, it delivers AMAZING RESULTS! This is without a doubt my go to for all of my whole wheat baking needs, it’s really good!! Definitely recommend you give it a try!

I feel totally good about using this flour even though I’ve been told that most or all of wheat flour is not good for consumption. I have had no adverse reactions from using this flour. I will continue to use it as needed!

A Return to Wheat!
Love ❤️ this flour! I’ve been gluten-free since before it became a trend at my Naturopath’s recommendation in 2009 due to a variety of “gastro” issues. I’m not celiac thank goodness but more intolerant of standard wheat flour. This brand has been a godsend. No uncomfortable digestion with it, in fact, I have been quite impressed with myself. Hope it works well for you, too!
